The technical support is provided for free in the situations described below:

  • Different products of Cart-Power Software interrupts functionality of each other.

  • Cart-Power software affects to the safety of the e-shop

The technical support is provided for support credits:

  • Cart-Power does not bear any responsibility for compatibility of the Cart-Power software (add-ons, themes  and modifications) with other solutions (add-ons, themes, modifications) developed by third party. We can estimate the cost of adaptation Cart-Power software to the third party solutions in the support credits.
  • Cart-Power does not bear any responsibility for incorrect functionality of the software in case the client upgrades his/her store by his/her own.

 

Custom modifications projects

Cart-Power is obliged to fix all bugs in the custom modifications found by the clients within 3 months after installation the modification or providing the client with the software. On the expiry of 3 months the bugs are fixed according to the Technical Support Policy.

Cart-Power does not bear any responsibility for incorrect functionality of the modification or possible issues with the store operation in case the customer upgrades the store by his/her own.
