Customer communications are performed in Cart-Power working hours in English or Russian languages.

Customer can contact Cart-Power group of companies via Cart-Power Help-Desk System, via e-mail (sales@cart-power.com), via Skype (cartpower) and by phone 8-800-3020-886.

Recommended way of communications between the Clients and Cart-Power is Cart-Power Help-Desk System. This system saves all letters from Cart-Power and Clients. Only information received by the Client through the Cart-Power Help-Desk System represents the official position of Cart-Power.

Usually, Cart-Power answers the client’s questions within one working day, however, this period may be increased in case of a workload of the duty Cart-Power department.

• technical support service;
• project costs estimation;
• project discussion;
• clarification of information about the Software;
• clarification of payment details;
• checking of the message status;

These channels can be used to discuss the questions below:

• clarification of information about the Software;
• clarification of payment details;
• checking of the message status;
• information about Cart-Power.

Discussion With the Project Manager by Phone or via Personal Skype

The most effective way to discuss projects via Cart-Power client support system and e-mail. It allows keeping all messages from Customers and Managers and both parties can use these messages and refer to them if needed.

The communication with a project manager via Skype or by phone is possible for free in case the project budget is over USD 2 000. Only the following questions can be discussed: 

• acquaintance with a manager;
• clarification of the details that should be discussed by both sides at the same time. In case this conversation takes more than 15 minutes, it is estimated at 40 USD.

The communication with a project manager via Skype or by phone can't be used to discuss questions like:

• Technical support service.
• Drawing up the technical requirements to the project.
