24/7 response to emergencies in 15 minutes after they appear.

Backup saving to Cart-Power servers up to 100 gb of data (each additional 100 gb add extra monthly cost).
General Technical Support Mode:

Support via HelpDesk system is provided from 9 AM till 6 PM, Moscow time (a response takes one workday).
