24/7 Support Mode (USD 250 monthly):

  • Prioritized client's support via HelpDesk system.

  • Monitoring of stable work and accessibility of client's resources.

  • Sending of notifications via e-mail, Jabber, Slack, SIP (additional notification ways are discussed individually) 

  • Client's access to monitoring web-interface.
  • Free consulting with Cart-Power specialists via e-mail or Skype (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, Moscow time).

  • 24/7 response to emergencies in 15 minutes after they appear.

  • Backup saving to Cart-Power servers up to 100 gb of data (each additional 100 gb add extra monthly cost).


General Technical Support Mode:

  • Support via HelpDesk system is provided from 9 AM till 6 PM, Moscow time (a response takes one workday).

  • Price of each activity is calculated individually.

  • Prioritizing client's questions doubles the cost of work.
