It means that the URLs like your_domain.com/electronics/?features_hash=10-95-91-92 will be replaced with something like domain.com/electronics/d-link/apple/acer/. These URLs are called search-engine-friendly (SEF). These URLs facilitate increasing web-site position in search results list.
Besides you can set special templates for titles, headers and meta-descriptions of categories and pages with filters. It means that all meta-data for them will be generated automatically.
