How can I contact Cart-Power?

You can contact Cart-Power in the following ways:

Via contact forms on the Cart-Power websites: https://cart-power.com/, https://store.cart-power.com.

All the messages you send to Cart-Power through the specified communication channels automatically get into the Cart-Power Customer Service. This allows saving logs and links to any previous message when needed. 

Responses from Cart-Power employees are also saved in the logs in the Cart-Power Customer Service.

To discuss general issues, online chats are available on the Cart-Power websites, as well as Skype and telephone.

Can I contact you by phone or via Skype?

Phone, Skype and online chats on the Cart-Power websites are convenient for discussing general issues related to add-ons for the CS-Cart, company services, and the Cart-Power Customer Service.

Discussion of work on projects and technical support is conducted only in the Cart-Power Customer Service and by email.
When will my question be answered?

We guarantee a response to your request within 24 hours and will provide it during Cart-Power working hours. If we need to prepare information or contact other specialists to answer your question, a Cart-Power employee will notify you within one business day. As a rule, a response to your request is provided within 1-3 business days.

I can’t log into my account

Make sure that your login and password relate to the personal account you are trying to access.

Correspondence with Cart-Power employees is conducted in the Cart-Power Customer Service. The login is the email address that you use in communication with Cart-Power. If you contacted Cart-Power from different email addresses, an account in the Cart-Power Customer Service was automatically created with each of them.

The password can be changed via the access recovery form.

If you placed orders in the Cart-Power store, then a separate account was created there. The Cart-Power store saves orders for Cart-Power add-ons, files and add-on licenses.

Store.cart-power.ru and hd.cart-power.com are two different websites, their data is not synchronized, each website has its own account.

How to safely convey the login and password?

If access data was requested by a Cart-Power employee, use a special secure page in your personal account in the Cart-Power Customer Service

Where can I find an invoice for payment?

The invoice created by a Cart-Power employee is located in your personal account in the Cart-Power Customer Service.

Store
What should I enter in the Domain field if there are several domains?
  • In the domain field you should specify the address of the website on which the add-on will be installed. If the add-on will also be installed on a test version of the same website, the domains should be specified separated by commas with a space, example: domain.com, test-domain.com, dev-domain.com.

  • For CS-Cart with several storefronts (CS-Cart Ultimate, CS-Cart Ultimate for marketplaces), you should specify only the main domain (working and test domain separated by a comma and a space). There is no need to specify domains for additional storefronts.

  • Registering domains of different sites when purchasing one add-on license is a license violation.

Which CS-Cart edition should I choose when purchasing an add-on?

To ensure activation and full functioning of the add-on, the edition of the licenses for CS-Cart and the add-on must match.

What is the Upgrade period?

When purchasing an add-on, there are three subscription options for add-on upgrades to choose from - 6, 12 and 24 months. An Upgrade period provides access to new versions of an add-on, which may be released during a selected period after purchasing the add-on. After the selected period, the subscription to add-on upgrades can be renewed at any time for 12, 24 or 36 months, renewal is not mandatory.

Why is the add-on for CS-Cart Ultimate and CS-Cart Multi-Vendor more expensive?

The add-on for CS-Cart Ultimate and CS-Cart Multi-Vendor differs from the add-on for standard CS-Cart in that it includes specific functionality for storefronts and vendors. The cost is determined by the extended functionality of the add-on and the labor costs for its development.

Licenses
Where can I find the license?

Licenses for Cart-Power add-ons purchased in the Cart-Power store, in the CS-Cart marketplace and in the Cart-Power Customer Service system are stored in your personal account in the Cart-Power store.

Licenses for CS-Cart, themes and add-ons from third-party developers purchased through Cart-Power are stored in the client systems of the companies that develop these software products.

How to exchange an add-on license from the CS-Cart edition to the CS-Cart Ultimate edition?

To exchange an add-on license for a more expensive edition, you must pay the difference in cost. An invoice for license exchange will be provided upon request by Cart-Power support.

Payment
How can I pay for service/products?

Payment for software product licenses is submitted through the Cart-Power store.

Payment for Cart-Power services is submitted through the Cart-Power Customer Service.

There are different payment methods available on our websites. Upon request, an invoice for the software product can also be provided in the Cart-Power Customer Service.

How do I get a discount on an add-on?

Special offers are announced on the Cart-Power store and CS-Cart marketplace websites. Contact sales@cart-power.com to get info about active special deals and discounts.

Promo code is not valid. How to restore it?

If the promo code has expired or the promo code does not meet the terms of use, the discount is not available.

Can I pay in installments?

The purchase of a license requires a one-time payment in full.

Payment for Cart-Power services depends on the type of service and the selected interaction scheme. Conditions are discussed with the project manager.

Do you work with value-added tax (VAT)?

We work on a simplified system of taxation, without VAT.

How to receive closing documents after paying for an order?

As closing documents we provide a work acceptance certificate. To receive closing documents for payment by bank transfer, please provide the Cart-Power specialist with your organization’s EDM ID or postal address.

Can I get a refund?

Software products purchased from Cart-Power are covered by the company's return and exchange policy

When deciding to cancel a purchase, please contact the Cart-Power support. Often, a consultation with a technical specialist is enough to see the benefits of the software product and change your decision.

Add-ons
I purchased an add-on. How can I download it?
  • If you purchased an add-on in the Cart-Power store, the order, add-on archive and license key are saved in your personal account in the Cart-Power store.

  • If you purchased an add-on from Cart-Power on the CS-Cart marketplace, the order is saved in your personal account in the CS-Cart marketplace. The add-on archive and license key are provided only in the add-on developer's system. If you purchase an add-on from Cart-Power - in your personal account in the Cart-Power store.
I purchased an add-on. What's next?

In your personal account in the Cart-Power store in the Orders section you will find an order for the add-on. In the Downloads section you will find the add-on archive, the add-on license key and the Cart-Power add-on manager archive.

To install the add-on, there is no need to download the add-on archive.You should download the Cart-Power add-on manager archive, install this add-on and use it to install and configure all other Cart-Power add-ons.

I bought an add-on and I can’t find it in my account

The order, add-on archive and license key can be found in your personal account in the Cart-Power store. If you have never logged into this account, you can get the password using the Forgot your password? link. In the Email field you should enter the email address that you specified when purchasing the add-on.

Please note that orders for add-ons, add-on archives and add-on license keys are not stored in your personal account in the Cart-Power Customer Service. The Cart-Power Customer Service is used for communication with Cart-Power specialists; it also stores the entire history of correspondence and invoices for services issued by Cart-Power specialists.

How to install the add-on?

Please note that many add-ons developed for CS-Cart 4.x - 4.9.x do not work through the Cart-Power add-on manager. In this case, installation using standard CS-Cart means is required:

If you need help with installation or the add-on is not compatible with your CS-Cart version, please contact the Cart-Power technical support.

The add-on is not activated. Why?

If a license warning appears when you enable the add-on, the following reasons are possible:

  • When purchasing an add-on, the domain of the site on which the add-on was installed was specified incorrectly.

  • The add-on license edition does not match the CS-Cart edition.

You should contact the Cart-Power support to correct your domain or exchange your license.

Where can I find the manual for the add-on?

Documentation is available on the page of each add-on in the Cart-Power store.

After installing the add-on, the documentation can be easily found in the Cart-Power add-on manager in the admin panel of your CS-Cart platform.

The add-on doesn't work, what should I do?

All add-ons are tested on standard versions of CS-Cart and CS-Cart Multi-Vendor. An add-on may not work on a particular site for various reasons - incorrect setting of rights to CS-Cart files, incorrect server configuration, incorrect installation and configuration of the add-on, a conflict with third-party software. The Cart-Power technical support will help you resolve installation difficulties and configure the add-on correctly.

How to upgrade the add-on?

The add-on can be upgraded with an active subscription to upgrades. You can check the status of your current subscription and pay for its renewal in the Cart-Power add-on manager or in your personal account in the Cart-Power store. Also, an invoice for renewing a subscription to add-on upgrades can be requested in your personal account in the Cart-Power Customer Service or by email sales@cart-power.com.

How much does it cost to create an online-shop or marketplace?

CS-Cart is a ready-made solution for e-commerce. After installing the standard CS-Cart/CS-Cart for Marketplaces, you get a working online store or marketplace.

So the initial costs include:

  • Server rental

  • CS-Cart license

  • License for a ready-made design theme (optional)

  • Installation and configuration (optional).

Often, standard software is not enough. To create a unique and competitive online store/marketplace, you need a memorable design, as well as functionality specific to the site’s field of activity. In this case, the cost of developing an online store/marketplace depends entirely on the requirements for the appearance and functionality of the site.

To estimate the cost of creating an online store or marketplace, you need to have a detailed description: what the design should be, what functions should be available to customers and vendors, how certain sections of the site should look and function, etc. Cart-Power specialists will analyze the data provided and offer a solution that meets both requirements and budget.
