The Abandoned cart and Wishlist reminder add-on is used to bring customers back and persuade to complete the order. Using this add-on the administrator can send e-mail reminder notifications to the registered customer with abandoned cart, place special offers for customers who are about to leave the store with some product in the cart.

The last supported version is CS-Cart 4.9.1. We do not plan to update this add-on. The functionality of the Abandoned cart and Wishlist reminder was extended and moved to Extended Email Marketing add-on.

Enter the comma separated URLs of the storefronts where this product will be used.
Select the CS-Cart edition on which you will use the add-on.
The update period determines the period of time when you can get access to the new versions of this add-on compatible with the new versions of CS-Cart software released during the chosen period.
To instal the add-on, we will need the FTP access to your server. Please send it along with the order number to sales@cart-power.com once the order is paid.

About 70% of customers add the product into the cart or wishlist but don’t place the order for some reason. The Abandoned cart and Wishlist reminder add-on is used to bring such customers back and persuade to complete the order. Using this add-on the administrator can send e-mail reminder notifications to the registered customer with abandoned cart, place special offers for customers who are about to leave the store with some product in the cart. The extended list of available reminder types allows to send special notifications to inactive users or make special birthday discount proposal. Best addon ever! Just few settings and it sends back many visitors that without this reminder they would be other's... customers now.

Hello.

The add-on is using Mailer::sendMail for compatibility with older versions. This method is not deprecated.
As for the e-mail template it is clearly described in the documentation and shown on the images how the add-on is working and the e-mail template configure. The support of the default CS-Cart e-mail templates will be added in the next release. As for now, we never said and point anywhere that it is supported. The add-on has ITS OWN e-mail template editor.

This modules does not use the "email template" system it uses a it uses the deprecated Mailer::sendMail instead of the Tygh::$app['mailer'], as such it is not compatible with the new email system.

It does what it say and sends emails but they will not use the email template that you site could send out.

Was very disappointed that for $50 bucks I had to spend a few days to re-coding this addon to make it work as it should have out of the box

LOVE IT! great add-on, with Reminder 1 and Reminder 2, also under abandon cart view you can see which ones have been sent or not sent yet for each customer, you can set the number of "x" days before Reminder1 and Reminder2 are automatically sent
